TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in KC Pop & Match and any related activities, productions, applications, communications, and services.

By applying, participating, attending, or interacting with KC Pop & Match, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

Participants must:

  • Be at least 21 years old

  • Provide truthful and accurate information

  • Comply with all production rules and instructions

KC Pop & Match reserves the right to reject, remove, or disqualify any applicant or participant at its sole discretion.

Contestant Applications

Submission of an application does not guarantee selection.

We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or reject applications

  • Verify information provided

  • Request additional documentation

  • Conduct interviews before selection

Participant Conduct

Participants agree to:

  • Treat all contestants, staff, guests, and crew with respect

  • Avoid harassment, threats, violence, discrimination, or disruptive behavior

  • Follow production guidelines and instructions

  • Conduct themselves professionally during filming

Violation of these standards may result in immediate removal from the production.

Recording and Media Rights

KC Pop & Match may record, photograph, edit, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, stream, publish, promote, and otherwise use content created during production activities.

Participants may be required to execute additional appearance releases and media consent agreements before filming.

Intellectual Property

All content related to KC Pop & Match, including but not limited to:

  • Videos

  • Audio recordings

  • Show concepts

  • Branding

  • Logos

  • Graphics

  • Promotional materials

  • Social media content

is the exclusive property of KC Pop & Match unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

User Submissions

Any photos, videos, applications, messages, comments, or other materials submitted to KC Pop & Match may be reviewed and used for production, promotional, or operational purposes.

By submitting content, you grant KC Pop & Match permission to use such content in connection with the show.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in KC Pop & Match is voluntary.

Participants assume responsibility for their own actions, statements, decisions, and interactions during filming and related activities.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KC Pop & Match, its owners, producers, staff, contractors, affiliates, sponsors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the show or related activities.

Right to Modify

KC Pop & Match reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, cancel, or change any aspect of the production at any time without notice.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Missouri.
